How customers opt in
Customers contact Profix Handyman Services by phone, by text or through our website to request service. Once their request is handled, our team member asks for permission before any text is sent. Only customers who say yes are added, and we record their consent with the date and how it was given. A confirmation text is sent right after they agree.
