What we collect
Account details (name, email), the files you create and upload, e-signature records (signer name, email, timestamps, IP address and device), billing details handled by our payment processor, and basic usage data needed to run the service.
How we use it
To provide and secure DonForge, process payments, send transactional emails such as signature requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting and database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), AI features (Anthropic and image-processing providers), stock photos (Pexels) and print fulfillment (Gelato, Printful). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Your choices
You can export or delete your files at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting support.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, workspace data is isolated with row-level security, and signing records include a tamper-evident audit trail.
